Anonymum - LOL, my kids love that stuff too. Unfortunately they have a mean Mum who won't let them have it very often.

Anja - You know, if she had the staying power and could still be awake at that time, she probably would have. Speaking her mind is one of her "strengths" - good sometimes, a crack up other times, and then very occasionally, drop dead embarrassing.

Kelley - She would have been too - and apparently very worried about it all.

Was Daisy waiting up for Grandma to come home. And when Grandma arrived, did Daisy say "And what time do you call this? Straight to your room, now"

*giggles* Kids are a crack up.

Now I heard a rumour about a post here, but I came to check for myself!
Kids do take things literally don't they?
One of our grandsons loves that Kraft instant macaroni and cheese packet stuff. He would eat it constantly if his mother let him. These days he knows the name of it, but when he was younger he used to call it "cooking" because when he was getting impatient about wanting it, she used to say to him 'it's cooking!" so as far as he was concerned that's what it was..cooking!
What do you want for dinner Caleb? Cooking!
You really have to love kids, as frustrating as they can be
